Next day delivery week later still waiting

Michigan Ave. in Chicago. If you don’t mind waiting in line for 1/2 hour because they only have 2 cashiers then be my guest. No public bathrooms either. Not going back.

I placed an order on 8 July, the shipment status hasn’t been updated for few days just saying it’s delayed. On 15 July, the status changed as Return to Sender. Today (19 July), I got an email from H&M saying “Good news - your return order has been delivered to the warehouse.” What is the good news?? I sent 2 emails inquiring about my order, no response. And no explanation whatsoever why my order got cancelled on their side without my request. I’ve used a ton of e-commerce and never had this kind of terrible services. This is surely going to be my last time ordering anything from H&M.

Everytime I try to add something to the shopping cart website says oops something went wrong. Have tried opening an account not clear whether I have opened an account as keep being taken to the log on page maybe they don't really want online customers

Rubbish store, cheaply made clothing.

Evri lied twice I sat at home waiting for a collection they never turned up and the useless h&m customer service cannot do anything but lie that wait at home another day we will re book the collection. Don't waste your time shop with amazon

I really like H&M's clothes. It was a very good store, I recommend it to everyone. The price, quality and excellent customer service.

I placed the order on 3/7/2022 and it was dispatched today 14/7/2022. Eleven days to organize a shipment? I have no expectation that I will ever receive my order
H&M has the worst customer service ever.

I purchased a pair of boots and the sole snapped in two on one boot and started to go on the other in the same place. I went on the chat to explain and they said to send them back for a refund. I sent them back and they said there was no fault and I wasn’t entitled to a refund, even though the individual on the chat said I was. So frustrating and they were really unhelpful. I have since stopped shopping at H&M.

My delivery is expected on 12/07/2022 but it has not been packed and dispatched yet.
I contacted them through email, but no response.
H&M has the worst customer service ever.

I buy most of my children's clothes from here, they have sustainable options and have good values for the planet. People on a low income who want good quality clothes for their children can find them here. My children always get compliments for their items of clothing and you get nice discounts when you become a member. Any issues I've had in the past with delivery etc have been resolved quickly and efficiently.

Bad customer service. Customer Service people don't speak English that is one thing, but the main problem is that apparently only packages from H&M cannot be delivered to your home address somehow. Interestingly every other shop is able to find my name on the doorbell except H&M. I have had two recent orders both of which were automatically taken back to H&M without the post even ringing the doorbell. I do not have this problem with any other shops, only H&M. Fix your shipping practices what is this!?
